*Single File use - Lifetime use - $12 - -Must Be purchased WITH your file you are using - - Original art and TM included

*Multi File use - up to 500 yards - good for one calendar year All Files Permitted including TM and Originals

*Unlimited Files and Yards - multi file use - good for one calendar year ALL FILES Permitted including TM and Originals

User is only then granted access to sell physical fabric/ vinyl/ leather/ blankets. Any user selling designs without proper licensing maybe subject to restricted access from any future purchases from Suprima Designs.  

If you purchased a drive, you still would need to purchase a Multi file license to sell

Thank you for choosing Suprima Designs! Please follow these guidelines to ensure proper use of our files:

  1. Licensing Requirements: Files are for personal use unless a commercial license is purchased. Be sure to add the correct licensing during checkout if needed.
  2. File Sharing: Sharing files in digital form, including with friends or online groups, is not permitted. Purchases are for individual use only.
  3. Design Integrity: Do not trace, copy, or alter our designs. This includes changing colors, rearranging elements, or removing components.
  4. Watermarking: Designs must be watermarked before being posted online to prevent theft. Use your own watermark or ours.
  5. Digital Resale Prohibited: Reselling or redistributing files in their digital form is strictly forbidden.
  6. Authorized Purchases: The individual or business using the files must be the one to purchase them. Proxy purchases are not allowed.
  7. Fabric/Transfer/POD Use: Additional licensing is required for fabric, transfers, manufacturing, or print-on-demand. Add this license during checkout.
  8. Refund Policy: All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered once files are downloaded.
  9. Proper Credit: When required, credit Suprima Designs for commercial use to acknowledge our work.
  10. Fair Use: Respect our terms to help protect and support the creativity behind our designs.

Licensing

If you are not a Small Handmade Shop, and sell transfers/ fabric/ vinyl/ leather/ mailers/ POD/ or 3rd party manufacturing, you WILL need a Commercial License.
